Utilities Instrumentation Services (UIS) project is a 20,000 SF new corporate headquarters located in Dexter, MI. The building includes 10,000 SF of warehouse and 10,000 SF of office space. The structure is ground-up construction for a single-story, masonry-bearing building with large windows and decorative masonry block. Insulated metal sandwich panels are installed on the perimeter warehouse walls. Large electrical insulators are featured at the arched entryway, tying in UIS’s mission “to be a one-stop shop for specialty electrical services
