As an added value, Adrian Design Group, PLC provides Construction Administration services to see your project through to completion.  We believe in maintaining a relationship with our clients long after the drawings are done.  The construction process is the most critical phase of any project and we will work with the contractor to answer questions and clarify the design intent as your dream becomes reality.  We can provide the following services to assist you in making sure your next project is a complete success:

  • Weekly or bi-weekly project site meetings
  • Act as a liaison between Contractor and Owner
  • Detailed progress reporting including digital photos/and or video
  • Responding to Requests For Information (RFI's)
  • Checking/approving shop drawings
  • Problem solving of daily construction issues
  • Processing of Contractor Change Order requests
  • Processing of monthly Contractor Pay Applications
  • Punch lists and project close out
